that breaking news at 12-30: southbound lanes on i94-- back open after a police chase ends on the racine-kenosha county line. this is video chopper four shot about a half hour ago. you can see deputies surrounded someone driving an older red sedan. we're told deputies did a traffic stop-- but said the driver took after a short chase-- the vehicle was later found to have crashed on the i-94 ramp. another traffic incident on i- 94... a semi is stalled in the middle southbound lane.traffic is flowing around the truck.. you can see they brought a
governor scott walker governor governor scott walker says he'll keep borrowing for road projects in the next state budget. the state faces a 940- million dollar shortfall to pay for road projects already approved. walker proposed borrowing one-point-three billion dollars for roads in the 20-15.. 20-17 legislators pushed that back to 850 million dollars. a new report shows more than half of milwaukee streets are rated in poor or fair condition.the city anticipates spending 76 million-dollars a year to keep up with street and bridge repairs over the next four years.the county expects to spend about 11-million a year for highways and bridges. space-x is aiming to resume flights in november following a launch pad fire that destroyed a falcon 9 rocket.
